  2. I agree on this on many levels. American culture is more concerned of money, investments, and capitalism, that unless you have these, you will have a better quality of life. But I believe there needs more leniency and care for those that are elderly to get the proper care and that is most closely to housing/shelter.

  3. I live in Cali, specifically Southern California, and there are NO corrections here. Prices are still high, demands are still high. The only places that I see prices lowered (by not a lot) are the areas outside and far away from central areas. Your trade off in those areas are high temp, very long commute, and away from major social activities.
