  1. I'm sorry Michael but your thoughts on addressing the high insurance premium wasn't concised. If you believe that house value must significantly go down in order to lower insurance or self-insure your home in order resolve this issue, IMO you're still lacking additional details and fail to propose actual alternative options that people can control. This sentiment simply keeps people from being a homeowner. Lots of fear in your message.
