  2. 7:45 im sorry michael but your entire "LA-CA" neighborhood visits and market analysis miscontrues the real LA market as a whole which is that you neglected (and avoided) to do the analysis based on the middle class neighborhoods of LA (southeast, southbay, the valley, etc). Your focus on million dollars plus homes and coastal areas is just a niche and a small (extremely rich and wealthy) population of LA County. That said, I did enjoy your guest in this video. She stated a lot of true facts about the LA market in general . -By a middle class LA native (have lived in various economic and social classes including the valley, DTLA, SFS, Norwalk, Long Beach, and Orange County-Irvine/Newport Beach)
