  2. ​ @jplebihan I'm happy and relieved hearing this. Bought a 1100 sqft house with two kids, large yards with potential to expand, and while I regret not getting a bigger house. The current house is easier to clean and faster for the AC to cool down which means lower utility bill .

  5.  @jplebihan  true, I only have central HVAC. I'd like mini splits but not necessary for my size of house. Glad you did yours. Btw 1600 is not "small" to most people 😅
