  2. Glad I took a mortgage loan on my own and not over stretch. No loan from my wife leaving her room to take one out for another house if there is a crash. Thankful that I also receive an annual raise and annual bonus. Looking to be promoted in the next 2 years. Job security is the upmost importance for buyers right now!
