But isn't overall investor RE make up a quarter of the market? Even if they all release their properties in the market, do you think it will meet today's demand?

Insurance will only impact properties in high risk areas. It can also be refuted if you hire a company to do report that states the risk is otherwise. I agree with Ivy, people will make the necessary adjustments

@johnnycastaneda2371 I'm in CA near high risk fire zones. Since I'm in the lower valley areas, as is most of the population, insurance has not increased. Earthquake liability has not changed either. Just refreshed insurance policy.

@dman9416 If I was her you'd have to pay me for the secret sauce. David's questions were great. The value of this video is that you get direct "high-level" responses from an extremely credible source. Unlike Ytubers who started 2-3 years ago who pick and choose data (and questionable sources) , analysts that focuses on 3-5 multiple markets without any strong backings, etc. You must not know her.

@toinengwyn3935 There are more avenues to make income, people with less (or none) children to support, and add that with existing low mortgage rates IMO I believe people will find a way to make it through a significant unemployment era and keep their homes but barely getting by until things turn around again. Bottom line, people are going to do their hardest to hold on to their property and not default.
