I read through various market summaries from the site and many, if not all, where evictions increased was due to the moratorium of Oct 2020 (some cases to 2021 extensions). There was a lack of significant connection between increase of rent prices to increase of evictions, which we can assume to be the reason but the site is still lacking that evidence and data. This video did not show increase in squatters with data but rather was simply something that is "skyrocketing".

For example, if by year 2 as a homeowner would you be able to afford fixing half your house that was burnt by an electrical short circuit? Insurance also help pay for a temporary place to stay, ensures all work was done to industry standard, reimbursement of personal item loss etc.

Sport touring bikes are my go to (I currently have a Versys 650 lt) and that is because of the comfort, price and most importantly a much more aggressive riding style than a cruiser. The last point being that it helps me maneuver easier when getting out of danger. Finally, sport touring bikes are much more fun on the twisties than a cruiser.

This program requires you to pay back the full down payment loan (it could be from (5-20%) you borrowed plus the 20% shared equity. There is also cap for the CalHFA's portion of the 20% equity, which is good. Also the share of equity they get recycles back to the program so future families can use this same program. Like many government-subsidized or supported loans, sometimes if they're in good mood will also forgive the loan.

He pushed for a near zero evem negative fed interest rates so that he and his corporate buddies can invest against middle class americans. Look at the housing market today, we are now seeing the consequences of big investors taking advantage of the extremely low rates of 2018-2020. Now Biden has to try to correct that (who is also incompetent). Trump caused the battle of inflation and high consumption that we are facing today. Id hate to see him become president again.

We are not going into hyper inflation, its going to stay stagnant. Recession or not, plenty of metro areas are still staying resilient. Lagging indicators blah blah blah...every bear have been saying that since 2020. One thing that is not going to happen is a significant drop in house prices. Rates are going to go down which will be in favor of the labor forces and corporations.

  876. I live in Cali, specifically Southern California, and there are NO corrections here. Prices are still high, demands are still high. The only places that I see prices lowered (by not a lot) are the areas outside and far away from central areas. Your trade off in those areas are high temp, very long commute, and away from major social activities.
