  1. Same here plus my classmates do have the freedom to have plds or personal device usage from the school and in fact all schools in my country do it(side hint:not phones but laptops bought by the minister)

  3.  @ariana_208  bring culture aside i think its best for people to have their own choices to wear stuff they like.I mean the main thing the school loses its reputation is behaviour and i mean hair cuts or long pony tails do nothing to its reputation.
