@ricardosalgado2283 well your mostly right but for one which is that your comparing modern and past. Mexico in the past was mostly violent and not for drugs but for political unstability. Colombia was also on that issue with its emerald mines owned by people(name i forgot) and this people own this mines until the government came to own them because of its high value.
