Thank god at least someone who may studied history just for context christianity has existed in india for 2 millenia ever since thomas the apostle of jesus christ came to india since 52 ad but was killed with a spear but since then his body remains are in mylapore in the saint thoma church

More evidence of his existence is by the cochin jews of kerala and the malayali syrians who live there and more evidence to back this up is the copper plates of kerala and king villarvottam who may be the first king to convert to christianity

@atushikun5918 i would say the srivijaya empire by far was the most outstanding most indian empires never really had gone far mostly due to the muslim invasion of the delhi sultanate and pretty much the reason indian food tastes a little more better regardless most empires had fall out except srivijaya

@haragopal1 just read the syrian christians of india and i also said 52 ce this is during the time of thomas not 1ce its literally there this is why i always think no one takes it seriously thats why people dont believe in it seriously unless they read it
2
@haragopal1 they even have his remains in mylapore again read what the wiki said in my comments all of it is from the wiki sources
2
@haragopal1 recently discovered as of now those malayali syrians came from persia during the spice trade verly likely used naval trades with india being the malabar coast for trade which is how thomas may had used this exact route to reach to muziris again if its orally brought down then surely some evidence is to provide but you dont so i provide more like historical figures visiting india include gregory of niazianzus gregory of nyssa and many more im busy as of now so i may answer another time

@visakh017 im not a debator im just providing evidence once ive had so from wiki and many other sources you can read my comments ive mentioned basically what ive just said if you have any problems you can talk to me i do wish to make a debate channel

@shouvik8267 thing is there was a christian king his name was king of villarvottam his a kerala king whobgot converted to christianity millenia ago because of thomas the apostle of jesus who arrived to india around 52 ad roughly this evidence was provided by the cochin jews and the malayali syrians. Again indian history is very complex for me so only a small part ive mentioned from a huge section of christianity in india.

@iamorahman also allah as a name didn't exist it was invented by muhammad who just used the name for his own power gain in thw arabian peninsula like attacking khaybar stealing jewish wives one of the named suffiya bint huyayy would be his wife infact this is how muhammad referred to them as booty or treasure. In sahih al bukhari 36:2 explains so.
1
@ErwinMager the one your referring to is the aramaic bible which says elaha but the muslims before islam only worshipped pagan gods one such example is the kaaba which is considered a holy site to them but in reality belonged to the banu quraysh a arabian tribe that worship those pagan idols and muhammad took advantage of that by capturing mecca and transforming it into a religion which means your religion is pagan
1
@ErwinMager this the reason why i said muhammad only used the pagan word of god to glorify it for his own desires
1
@sourabhthosar7302 they are referred to as the three wise men? They never recorded their names which aren't important in the bible but king herod at the time sent three wise ment to follow the star of bethlehem to jesus christ birthplace
1
@sourabhthosar7302 idk who pandit vishvamitra is but i only search vishvamitra and it says his born in kaushika which the place is still unknown as of now but a famous preacher of rama who will be in the epics of mahabharata and yes his the person to do the wedding for both sita and rama but issue with this is his born well after jesus existed since his born roughly 5th by my estimates because during that time the bagavat gita was already forming because his one of those writers to make passages for the book so no your lying about some dude who met jesus which never happened at all.

@atushikun5918 i mean most indian specifically north indian cuisine is from the delhi sultanate who originated from the ghurya who want to control alot of india because at the time it was wealthy insanely wealthy so what they did was pillaging temples because they obviously have loot in them and sold it for their war effort.

@haragopal1 but thing is it does because thats not all the evidence provided thats 1 percent that ive just said sure its belief but the belief came from syrian christians living since the 1st century ad who may or may not have seen thomas but somehow at the time the christian faith was brought there by someone because it has stated in multiple sources that the christians of kerala specifically the ancient port of kerala muziris an ancient port had naval trades with israel's port as the spice trade was still ongoing so by that point however he decided to take sea and landed in muziris to spread the gospel which is recounted by those syrian christians of kerala in the church of the east by that extent like the wiki said and you said its brought down orally but as the evidence to back this during that time was there and the trades between israel and india was also existent because the spice trade connected india to the rest of mediterranean so meaning thomas had the oppertunity to go there to spread the gospel therefore thats eyewitness of the locals in the place to see thomas spreading his word you have the cochin jews as well who made the copper plates of kerala to explore more of the jews and christians of india again you have to dig way more than just that

@haragopal1 yt doesn't allow me to even prove thomas because of this inconvenience i have to rewrite my passage over and over
1
@haragopal1 yes which is why wiki has gotten evidence that thomas came to india in 52 ad not 1 or 4 ce again your misquoting me i never said thomas arrived to india in 1 ce this is why people like to misquote others and miss out alot of the smaller details
1
@haragopal1 recently just researched that the same jews arrived in india in 500 bce so yes written language was brought from judea to india specifically the same port as mentioned numerous times muziris port or cranganore port of the cochin kingdom during that period and yes during that time the spice trade still existed jews would also come to india another time in 70 ce when the second temple was destroyed by the romans and that period they are exiled to india to live there as judean malayali who speak hebrew and malayali or both so yes multiple sources come foward to a language during that period which later became the language as wiki mentioned which then translated to the copper plates of cochin which then got translated to english now so yes jews existed in india for 2 millenia as of now and christianity the new testament has existed just as long as that in judea therefore i wont even doubt because the evidence is provided.
1
I also wont forget other resources like the priests who went to india like gregory of nyssa and gregory of niazianzus and many other priests durinf the 3rd to 4th century ad
1
@haragopal1 so yes the bible by far is the greatest book to ever be made from god who spread it to the world and im too shocked by the evidence it provided
1
@haragopal1 what world? God's world or just planet earth you just basically proved just as any other atheist who dont look for this type of evidence because they falsely claim such historical evidence doesn't exist which is why i have to say the exact same thing wiki and other sources has given so far to many atheists that i talk to but you just proved that most of them are that lazy to search it up
1
@vitthal0920 so what? I dont need to graduate from a history class just to learn the history of the usa its so available on the other side of the world? And most people probably know more states than most americans
1
@sb-bw4lp not wrong when there is evidence of this like physical of this like the cochin copper plates from 1000ad you can look it up its part of a series on jews living in kerala and christian upbringing way bsfore colonialism so either you try to cover everything as "colonialism" or your crying because you can't accept the truth
1
@sb-bw4lp eitherways muslimas cry for fact that saudi arabia at one point was christian and even jewish as evident of khaybar or places like the jubail church of saudi as one such example.
