  1. Farage was elected by voters to represent them in the European Parliament - and he failed them spectacularly. Up to June 2016, UKIP leader Nigel Farage had the worst voting record of any active MEP in European Parliament. Analysis of the MEP voting records placed Farage 745th out of 746 MEPs on the register - with only Brian Crowley, a MEP in Ireland who has NEVER voted, below him. It’s almost as though he couldn’t care less about the will of the people who he represented, but used the mandate given to him to play petty politics.

  2. I’m absolutely certain that Farage will love living with his constituents in Clacton. The locals can’t wait for him to move house to the town,and look forward to his weekly surgeries to find out about local issues so that he can represent them in the House of Commons. 😂😂

During the ongoing cost of living crisis, and the draconian policies of the cruel Labour government, my heart goes out to the buy to let landlords, rural landowners, second home owners, non doms with offshore bank accounts, celebrities and millionaires taking up farming to avoid IHT, parents of private school children, and anyone with a nanny.

  6. The Conservative government have adopted the nativist rhetoric of describing the ECHR as a “foreign court”. The UK has been a founder member of the international court since 1959, of which we are a full member, that we help to run through our British representation on it, and a Briton sits as one of its judges. It is not, repeat not, an EU institution. The law, any law, is simply the brick wall of reality, which you may not like but which you cannot simply wish away.
