During the ongoing cost of living crisis, and the draconian policies of the cruel Labour government, my heart goes out to the buy to let landlords, rural landowners, second home owners, non doms with offshore bank accounts, celebrities and millionaires taking up farming to avoid IHT, parents of private school children, and anyone with a nanny.
