  1. Yes it's wrong to kill over a loud leaf blower but it's also wrong to be a rude inconsiderate neighbor. My next door neighbor is obsessed with his leaf blower. He uses it sometimes 2 or 3 times a day just to blow 3 or 4 leaves or dust or something off his beloved driveway. I am not exaggerating. I've tolerated this for many years.
