  1. You are so right. Most of the ones I see are adults. I always yell at them to hang up and most of them react like rebellious teenagers instead of the adults they're supposed to be. These narcissists don't like it when I don't mind my own business but guess what, when they are texting they are endangering me therefore it is my business.

  6. I agree but it's not that simple. Even if they alone are injured you and I pay for it with higher premiums.

  7. I know, it sucks. Look into limited tort if your state offers it. Drop collision if possible. When I was your age I had minimum liability coverage. Big risk but cheap. Try to enjoy the fact that at your age you pay little or no health insurance. When you get older your auto insurance drops (assuming no violations)...but your health insurance premiums rise. I'm in my 50s and paying almost $500/month health insurance, and that's for a silver plan. Gold plans are over $1000.
