  1. No sale. Richey says he believes the woman BUT he also says he believes the teen still had good faith reason to believe he also rented the bike. Nonsense. He has zero evidence or reason to think two parties can rent the same bike at the same time. And I have not seen any such evidence of Citi Bike EVER malfunctioning this way.
