  1. Detroit coach says "Only 1 player can declare." Also says "yes" when asked "Did 68 declare?" But video shows 3 players approaching the ref so it's on the players to be clear who is eligible. I see nothing on video that shows 68 clearly announcing himself (pointing to himself, for example) as the only 1 of the 3 who is eligible. Lions screwed themselves.

Even 68 said later "I did what coach told me to do and I'm not saying any more because I don't want to get into trouble."
