  1. He didn't say Trump didn't commit a crime, just that crime charges have to wait until POTUS is out of office OR that Congress can take action before then. He also found many cases of "wrongdoing" and that "systematic attempts to interfere in election deserves attention of American people." He clearly did not conclude that "Trump is innocent." Sorry, Trumpsters. Get ready for a bumpy ride.
