  1. But, you did not show what happens to the DNA samples after they are picked up from the facility. Is the company that picks them up bonded? Are samples burned or buried? How are they transported? Saying they are disposed of properly and doing so are two different things. I'd say it's cause for a more detailed investigation.

  2. Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft and as such more vulnerable to exploitation by hackers. Any organization worth their salt upgrades operating systems when this happens. Needless to say, it's a privacy concern.
