  1. I owned two different Buick LaCrosses over ten years because of their semi luxurious ride. Commuting to work every week day was comfortable and I didn't feel beat up after a long day. But all that changed in 2011 when GM decided in it's infinite wisdom to try and compete with European cars and changed Buick into a sports sedan with hard suspension and steering. They dumped their core group for a younger consumer. Problem was people still equated Buick with old buyers and people that wanted European style cars bought European cars. Buick sales tanked and never recovered. Another great GM marketing failure!
