  2. In Albany, NY there was a tourist company that had a Duck boat/bus. It was elevated so you rode above traffic through the city and then it went in the Hudson River for a navigable view of the city. Worth the price of a ticket if you have never done it but they ultimately failed because once customers did the tour, they didn't come back for a return trip.
