@10:20 There's a distinct possibility that the average person back in the 1960's was smaller than the average person of today. I was at an American Civil war museum and the sign in front of the US uniform said that the average soldier was 146 lbs and 5'6"! There was a boating accident in Lake George a few years ago where elderly people drowned because they found out the boat was overloaded. Apparently when the rules of people carrying boats were written they were based on an average weight of 144 lbs per person. That average has since long been surpassed but the rules haven't. The boat was loaded according to the rules but overloaded because everyone is a big fat slob nowadays.
