@davidwatts2731 Everyone has opinions and ideology, but judges are not supposed to let those things affect their rulings! No one is perfect, but Alito flagrantly indulges his ideology! He's a religious nut and thinks he's doing god's work!

@jimwhelan9152 There are different Constitutional philosophies! Conservatives typically follow the LETTER of the Constitution, therefore to be an activist Conservative justice is the worst of the worst!!

@harryfarber6435 They're NOT gonna grant Trump immunity! The goal was/is to delay the case until after the election which they have done! So now they'll make the correct ruling and sit back!

@glennlavalle9807 If you had listened to oral argument in the Trump 'immunity' case you would have seen that Alito's questions were on all kinds of hypotheticals, and NOT on the specifics of the Trump case! He was trying really hard to find ANY instance where immunity might be a good idea! He really wanted to find immunity for Trump!!
