  1.  @918Mitchell  Courts traditionally (under Chevron) defer to the agencies when rules are of a technical nature (most rules)! The court will only strike down blatantly unconstitutional rules! Without Chevron, the "unqualified" courts will decide EVERYTHING! Furthermore, there will be a rush to litigate every little thing! Overturning Chevron is just a huge power grab by the Court!!
