  1. Australian house prices aren't really dropping. They predict a 5% fall followed by another 15% increase this year, after the 25% increase last year, and the year before, and the year before. I really hope the Australian Price Bubble bursts soon, I want to buy, but the reality is investment buying still drives the market due to huge tax concessions and no one is building medium or high density housing.
