The major issue is that pretty much every website that you need a password for Forces you to make a password that contains at least one of uppercase, lowercase and number, and these days a symbol as well, although older sites still won't recognise symbols. And some won't let you use a password that you have ever used previously. So the option of having a random sentence that is easy to remember is not actually an option.
