  2. EH and the Monaro. And its the lack of import taxes that killed Holden, same reason Ford and Toyota shut down their factories. In the last 10 years the market has been flooded with cheap imports from France, Korea, Italy, Malaysia, China and other places. Usd to be you would never see a Fiat, Renot, Citrine, Peugeot, let alone a Great Wall. Now they are everywhere.
