  2. A Traditional Aussie Christmas features Roast Turkey and Veg and Leg Ham, followed by Christmas Pudding and Pavlova. Also Mince Pies, Candy Canes and Christmas Crackers (Bon-Bons). Seafood is not involved. But as she says, its an incredibly diverse country with a mix of many cultures.
