  1. The foul language one could be enforced a bit more heavily in my opinion. Forget all the stuff people yell from cars or at footy stadiums, I've heard them play Hate Rap on Coles Radio,. Whatever your music tastes, any 'song' that contains clear swear words, especially the N word, should not be played over a supermarket loudspeaker.

  2. Responsible Service of Alcohol, anyone who shows even the slightest signs of intoxication can't be served. In reality people get served unless they are falling down drunk or causing trouble, but legally, the moment you start to slur your words you should be cut off, massive fines can be applied to the pub and its servers if an inspector or cop walks in. As a server or security its a precarious balance as to how much you allow. Its the same in much of the US I believe. Essentially, you can drink, but you can't get hammered.
