  1. I saw a different video on this years ago, about the time the US was banning imports of European chocolate thanks to lobbying by American companies. The main difference is US chocolate is not allowed to contain vegetable oil, by law. Yet its a crucial ingredient in the rest of the world. Also, a lot of corn starch instead of cane sugar. Sadly I can't remember which channel had the video, maybe HAI?
