  1. Most Road Trains are 2-3 trailers, the mining ones are exceptions. For long trips its not uncommon to have two drivers, one sleeps while the other drives to keep the truck moving, while complying with the mandated rest periods. They stop for fuel and maintenance, as well as food and inspections, but mostly, they keep rolling.
