  1. It'd be 60,000. A standard Truck with duel tanks holds 1000Lt, a tanker transports a LOT more.

  2. In Australia we start at 91 RON, then 95 and 98, plus E10 which is 10% ethanol at 94 Octane. So also higher than USA. Also IIRC to get the middle Octane they actually just mix the higher and lower octanes together, so they only need two tanks for three fuel mixtures.
