  1. That's the Flinders Ranges to the north of Adelaide, and there are indeed mountains there. Its a truly beautiful area. The Great Dividing Range of course goes all the way up the East coast, although it has several names depending on the region including the Snowy Mountains around the source of the Murray and The Blue Mountains near Sydney.

  2. Surprised me that map showed the top of NT as managed by Qld. We learned in school that A managed everything up to the North Coast until NT was established as a separate Territory under Federal control.

  6. Prostitution is legal in Licenced Brothels which are required to run weekly health checks on the employees, use condoms and follow various other government rules. IIRC the girls take half the cash, the brothel the rest, although its called room rental or similar. There is a movement pushing for street workers to be legal as they could then give a larger slice to the women, personally I think that's a stupid idea. Licensed premises provide safety and security for both the workers and the clients. I believe Escorts may be legal in some states, don't know about that. Anyway regulating the industry is certainly a better idea than say the US system where its illegal and you still have workers on every street corner, but without any security for workers or clients.
