  1. Not really the top. Labor's Fibre to the Home plan was 50 Mb/s on 3 years at a time when some countries already had 1000 Mb/s and the average in Europe and America was 250-500 Mb/s. But the Liberals of course went for Fibre to the Node with an optimal speed of 25 Mb/s falling off sharply if you lived more than 2 houses away from the node so for most people it was 1-5 Mb/s. And doing that halfway measure over 10 years instead of 3.
