  1. Australia’s average download speed is 58.83Mbps with an average upload speed of 21.44Mbps (as of December 2020). That puts us 61st in the world. But the numbers are skewed, because we have Fibre to the Node, you can have triple the internet speed just by living 2-3 houses closer to the Node and big cities get vastly better service than regional areas.

Each man that’s in the side that’s in the field goes out and when he’s out comes in and the next man goes in until he’s out. When a man goes out to go in, the men who are out try to get him out, and when he is out he goes in and the next man in goes out and goes in. When they are all out, the side that’s out comes in and the side that’s been in goes out and tries to get those coming in out. Sometimes there are men still in and not out. There are men called umpires who stay out all the time, and they decide when the men who are in are out. Depending on the weather and the light, the umpires can also send everybody in, no matter whether they’re in or out. When both sides have been in and all the men are out (including those who are not out), then the game is finished.

  6. The problem with the official NYE fireworks coverage, both Sydney and Melbourne is that instead of having the sound of the fireworks, they always play some terrible off-key pop music. You can mute it, but that doesn't make the fireworks any more audible.

  10. 5:40 That's Sydney, not Canberra. Canberra doesn't have skyscrapers and certainly doesn't have the Sydney Tower (the thing that looks like Seattle's space needle). Canberra looks like a giant Roundabout and is really designed to be seen from the air.
