  1. We could get back to normal, if every person in the world got vaccinated. But as long as 10% of the population still refuses to take the vaccine, whether because they are insisting on their right to not take it, ort because they think it will make their heads explode or be mind controlled, or whatever other dumb insane belief it is this week; the virus will remain endemic and continue to mutate into more dangerous forms.
