  1. I'm not a lawyer and not party to the details, but this seems like s clear case for Summary Judgement in KE's favour as the lawsuit is completely without merit. I'm curious as to what Steve Lehto or LegelEagle would say about this, bearing in mind neither are from Arizona of course.
