  1. Thing is, the Debt Ceiling isn't actually Legal, its expressly prohibited by the 14th Amendment, but no one wants to invoke the Constitution, it would get challenged in the Republican controlled Supreme Court.

That reporters comments about the Biden Administration changing its tune really sums up the state of ignorance, The Republicans control both the House and the Senate, its not Biden's fault that there are all these cuts, he has both hands and his feet tied behind his back. Even when the Democrats nominally had House control Manchin and Sinema were Republicans in everything but name so even then Biden had one hand and a foot tied.
