I don't think it's half as ridiculous as making Anne Boleyn black. It crosses a whole 'nother line when they start race-swapping actual historical figures. But yeah, it's all bad. And of course it had to be Snape, I don't think I'd even care if it was say, Flitwick, but Snape is such a well described character. That said, I'm still waiting for them to announce a black actor playing Ron, because there is nothing Hollywood likes more than taking a redheaded female (Ginny in this case) and making her black. Of course they already made Hermione black in Cursed Child, so maybe that's where they're headed. Still less irritating than Snape that actually.

I've seen quite a few people driving on the wrong side of the road outside Avalon Airport, very dangerous. And all along The Great Ocean Road they now have signs up reminding people to drive on the left, so it must be a common problem there.

Its all changing now as people universally build ugly grey concrete blocks, but traditionally there is a bit of variation between places. In the Outback the Australian Bungalow is pretty standard, single story weatherboard, wide verandah, tin roof. In North Qld houses are built on stilts for better airflow underneath to keep cool. Also good in floods. Older houses in Geelong have a distinctive look with a slightly rounded front and are made of brick. Melbourne has its townhouses and Ballarat has a lot of houses that are very long and narrow as well as a mix of other styles. There is also the Federation style with its wrought verandah railings.

That's the Flinders Ranges to the north of Adelaide, and there are indeed mountains there. Its a truly beautiful area. The Great Dividing Range of course goes all the way up the East coast, although it has several names depending on the region including the Snowy Mountains around the source of the Murray and The Blue Mountains near Sydney.

What happened was John Howard slashed the Import Tariffs and the market became flooded with cheap foreign imports.

I grew up on Clarke and Dawe, and they're almost all pure gold.

You need to react to some of the old Hard Earned Thirst VB adds. Oh and all these private signs aside, (I suspect the rude outback signs are on Stations at that), the official anti-drinking slogan sponsored by the TAC government body was "If you drink then drive, you're a bloody idiot", which certainly summed it up a lot better than the modern PC adds do.

The whole lunch order convo. That made me laugh, I got everything they were saying, but I doubt Wrocker caught more than 3 words.

Cable Beach is in Broome, its actually a pretty well known town, famous for pearl diving and tourist resorts. My parents met there actually.

There is an excellent video of Stephen Fry explaining the laws of cricket. Better than the overview vids most youtubers react to, although you shpuld react to both. Cricket is similar to baseball, vut less complicated rules and more opportunities for batter skill.

US cars have both km and miles because they may be driven into Canada or Mexico where they use kms. But outside of the US the only countries in the world that use miles are Birma, Liberia and the UK.

Our Highway 1 is often just two lanes though, not like your interstates. Hence the longer travel time even though its 300 miles shorter. Tidbit, before the Indian-Pacific Railroad NZ had less travel time than Perth from Melbourne.

100s and 1000s are good on soft serve ice cream. Its a staple at the Mr Whippy vans.

When you made Fairy Bread you put way, way, way too much butter on. Its a thin spread, like with any other sandwich, not a massive slab. It really is just party food though. Not everyday. BTW, have you tried Vegemite and Cheese sandwiches yet?

The future is Hydrogen, all electric vehicles are doing is slowing the adoption of the real solution.

Shouldn't you test it with 30-06?

I suspect most of Honolulu's skyscrapers are hotels. Similar to the Gold Coast in Australia.

Well they probably don't want anyone to find out that COVID-19 was intentionally developed as a bio weapon.
