  1. Everything that happens is great. You reached your cap of population and figured out how to encourage people to not breed. This "whore trend", "death of loyalty and nuclear family" has nothing to do with "The Society" that tries to destroy your nation. You just can't afford to have a family, so you look for alternatives. That's it. Once you reach a certain number of population again "nuclear family" will get a second birth. Trust me, you are not unique in your suffering. That happened before and with other countries.
