  2.  @platinumsun4632  Wanted to upgrade my SSD with a new one, but my BIOS wasn't recognising neither it, nor the USB I wanted to use to reinstall Windows(but the USB was still recognised by the system with my old SSD???). The HP site wasn't working properly and I had to just repeatedly do the same thing to make it give me updates. Instead it gave me a separate program I need to install updates with. Installed it. Trying using it to install updates. It just crashed every time. Decided to stop for today because I still need my hair.
