Being a Western Australian the hottest place in Australia during summer my advice to these people in Europe is do not drink drinks containing excessive amounts of sugar and Stay away from alcohol, WATER WATER WATER & don't over do that because you can drown the system also sitting around indoors to much probably not a good idea either, there is alot of good tips to fighting heat wave😠, staying cool and staying alive.
