Haven't eaten Macca's, Hungry Jack's, KFC or Red Rooster in nearly 25years, anything fast food i stay away from because you are what you eat except for SUBWAY / during summer i can eat a footlong every night of the week know problem because they are healthy and less than 750cal per footlong. 👍😁👍🇦🇺

  2.  @bonnie7898  Not at the subway i go to because the owners are my friends. Fish n chips yeah ill eat that once a month but every other day i eat the beef, lamb, pork, kangaroo, duck & chicken from the family farm and on my down time i catch my own fish , Mullaway & snapper are my go to. No preservatives in anything i eat. 👍😁👍
