  10. I don't think so. Harris does have pretty ugly wrinkles. And they have become worse in the last couple of weeks. The NBC interview was pretty sad. I feel sorry for her. She was a happy DEI VP, happily cackling around, and she was going to 'slip into' the Presidency when Cadaver Biden was buried. But stupid Biden didn't follow the script. He was supposed to deteriorate after the election. So yes, those wrinkles do give away the stress she is under. She even took a day off. It will be over soon.

  11. Sith'ari : Communist China is taking care of 2 billion extremely poor people. HK and Taiwan is where the rich Chinese escaped with their money. So yes, they were better off, because thieves with money usually do well. Communist China did not abandon its 2 billion people and soon their quality of life will overtake HK, Taiwan. But.... Communist China can show USA / UK the finger, and does so regularly. Matter of time before Taiwan is reabsorbed, HK already is but the thieves are still allowed some freedom, they will be cleaned up in the next coming years.

  17. Taiwan supplies those chips only because they make them cheap. Nothing prevents China from making them. The technology is not a secret. But economies of scale has resulted in concentrations of manufacture. It is not superior technology but cheaper labor/taxes. As for USA, we have no principle. USA is a 'democracy' which means politicians come into power for a short time and try to make as much money as they can. There is no consistent US policy like China or Russia has. Which is why USA ran from Afghanistan, leaving $80 Billion worth of weapons there. Democrats want their own people to make money, Afghanistan was all Republicans making money. As China gets stronger, and USA gets weaker, USA will eventually get kicked out of Asia. USA had a good run after WWII. China and Russia quarreled, USA benefited. All that has changed. But don't worry. The average Taiwanese will not see any change after the take over. Only Taiwanese politicians will be affected, they will have to find real jobs.

  37. First of all, there is no 'war' in Ukraine. Russia is spanking Ukrainians for taking US guns and killing ethnic Russians in Donbass. If Russia really wanted to fight Ukraine, there would be nothing left in Ukraine. Russia has the same carpet bombing capacity as USA, but Russia is too civilized to use them. USA drops nukes and napalm on civilians, invades countries (Iraq, Afgh, Vietnam...) and kills people. Neither Russia nor China do that. Secondly, Ukraine is getting decimated, and Russia's small force is proving that USA (which is fighting Russia in Ukraine by using Ukrainians as canon fodder) is no match for Russia. Russia waited for US weapons to show up in Ukraine. Now Russia is getting ready to pulverize them with artillery. Same way Russia pulverized Germans earlier. Taiwan is a US colony that needs to be eradicated. Just a matter of time. Not one single country in Asia will help USA in a war with China. Taiwan should be seeking peace and surrender to prevent bloodshed.
