  1. It is the opposite, actually. If we must review history, it was Germany that attacked Russia to get oil. Germany still has no oil or gas. EU is resource-poor, and filling up with Muslims. Russia has zero interest in rotting resource-poor EU. It is Germany that could attack Russia again, Germany still needs oil and gas and has none. Of course Germany will again get spanked severely by Russia, but that's a different story.

  3.  @kevinjohnson8220  Read up on history a bit more. USA bombed the Romanian oil refineries of Ploesti and Rommel got kicked out of Libya. Hitler lost all his oil sources. So he betrayed the treaty and sent two armies, one to the oil fields, one to Moscow. Read a book by Daniel Yergin- The Prize (the quest for oil). Or go to the library and ask the librarian for help. Hitler knew that he would lose a two front war. But he had no choice. What is funny is that Russian retribution was so hard that the Germans ran to Americans to save them, and Germany remains subservient to USA to this day.
