  19. Its not a joke anymore. I live in Silicon Valley. Guadalupe River runs by a rather pricey residential area in San Jose, but along the river there are homeless camps. They get free 'health checks' (huge firetruck with four paid people), get cash and live tax-free. Only thing they don't have is a mailing address.
