  1. Canadian prairies here. Weed Whacker is used a lot, but I think Whipper Snipper is probably just as common if not more so.

  4. I feel like the line breaks off quickly enough that it doesn't really have time to round out from the load as it's frequently being fed new line. As others have mentioned here, I'd be more interested in seeing information on durability of various shapes.
