I have to 100% disagree with the entire premise of this video. The video is basically claiming that the consistency of the cake is what makes it good or bad. A soft and fluffy consistency might be desirable some of the time, but what's really desirable all of the time is better flavour, and in that department box cakes lose every single time. I have never once met a box cake that I prefer to a homemade one. And I can immediately tell when biting to a boxed one based on the consistency. A consistency that I don't generally desire.
