  1. There are definitely some things that we need to pay attention to for kids, but that doesn't mean we should obsess over them. Take simple safety measures, and then let the kids play. I do find that I need to remind my daughter to drink water on occasion, doesn't mean I need to obsess over it, but I know kids are often too busy playing to remember to drink. Sunscreen is another one that makes sense to use and doesn't get in the way.
