Comments by "" (@Green__one) on "Are 1 in 5 Women Raped at College? | 5 Minute Video" video.
I was accused of molesting a woman at work. Luckily I was able to easily prove that I was over 100km away at the time it was alleged to have happened. It has really made me worry though about my risks in the future. The situation during which it was said to have happened is a routine situation that I cannot avoid, and leaves me alone with other individuals on a daily basis. There would be no way for me to prove my innocence if some malicious accuser got their dates and times right. And make no mistake, the burden is on me to prove innocence, never the other way around.

@alextomich Sorry, you need to look up your history. Hitler was not on the right, he was radical left. His party was socialist, not just in name, but in actions. They nationalised industry, prior to the war they were idolized by the left throughout the world, it's only after the war that the left managed to re-brand them as right wing, despite them never doing anything that would relate to the right.

I also love the double standard in the alcohol department. 2 drunk people hook up. Because she was drunk she couldn't consent, therefore he raped her, never the other way around despite the fact that the exact same lack of capacity to consent exists.

It's happening. Men are avoiding university education altogether. Partly due to garbage like this, and partly because the "disadvantaged" women (who now make up the majority of college graduates) are favoured in the admissions process, and eligible for many more scholarships than men are.

In your hypothetical situation, and according to the current woke ideology, he raped her (not the other way around). While people are considered unable to legally consent to anything while intoxicated, somehow the woke mob double standard doesn't apply that to the male, only the female. So his level of intoxication is irrelevant, only hers matters. If she's had a single sip, he raped her. nothing else matters.

Wouldn't work, these days you can legally, and retroactively, withdraw consent. and even if you couldn't, the form only proves consent at time of signing, not any time after that, or for any act not explicitly stated. There are other reasons as well. Canadian lawyer and youtuber "runkle of the bailey" did an excellent video on this topic.

@hydrolito Doesn't matter. Before they even decide if they will prosecute the man has been expelled, fired from his job, ostracized by his friends, and smeared in the media. IF he's proven innocent, the media will decry it as a horrible miscarriage of justice and that he was actually guilty anyway, and if it never goes to trial it will be shown as proof that the whole justice system is sexist for not prosecuting. And the thing is, there is no path back for the man. His life is effectively over, even innocent he'll never get a job, his reputation is in tatters, and most of his friends and family are long gone.

@InitialPC doesn't fit the narrative. Did you also know that nearly 100% of supports for victims of domestic abuse are women only?

I think you missed the part where the university does both.
