@brucefrykman8295 pretty much the entire premise. I do like how they talk about the miniscule portion of Germany's power grid that is from wind and solar, we can update that now to 48% as it continues to grow every year. I don't know anyone who thinks that we can generate 100% of our power from wind and solar, however we can generate a lot from those sources, and quite cost-effectively too. In fact without subsidies, wind and solar are among the cheapest forms of new energy production at this point. It does take time for a coal fired plant to spin up, however coal fired plants are being phased out at a tremendous rate, and most Replacements can spool up a little quicker, and it's not like we can't predict solar and wind output to know when they need to spool up. Grid level storage which this video says doesn't exist, is also becoming quite common.

@ezniyazov7970 so apparently you didn't even read my post. Nobody, and I mean not a single person, actually believes that we can power everything 100% from wind and solar, no one has claimed that. The claim is that these sources can provide a sizable portion of the electrical grid, that's it.
